My qualifications include over thirteen years experience in Real Estate and over eighteen years experience in Marketing, Customer Support and Management.  I have been recognized in Texas Monthly Magazine as a 5 Star Professional Real Estate Agent for Overall Satisfaction in Austin, San Antonio and the Central Texas Region from 2011 through 2016.  In June, 2006, I became a Broker.  I am a graduate of the REALTOR Institute and achieved the GRI designation, which only 8 to 9 percent of Texas REALTORs have achieved and also achieved the ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative, which is only held by ~24,000 REALTORs and achieved the Certified Residential Specialist designation, held by only 4% of real estate agents in the industry. 

I am a graduate of St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Gradute of the University of Texas Engineering and Technology Institute. I am also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, Council of Residential Specialists, Elgin and Austin Chamber of Commerce and the American Marketing Association.
