Upon listing our home with Mary, she immediately got to work on marketing our home. She took a lot of photos of every room so she could capture the best angle for each. Within a day, she had put the maximum number of photos on the realtor websites. They looked fantastic. We had four showings scheduled the first weekend and an offer before the weekend was over. We had a contract in one week for Mary’s recommended asking price. The appraisal came out to be right at what Mary recommended as well. She really knew what our house was worth.
